Board Committee Adviser Role
The UWCSEA Board of Governors sets direction, establishes policies, ensures accountability, and provides leadership to improve the learning environment for students at the College. Meeting formally four times a year, the Board operates at a strategic level and does not involve itself in the day-to-day running of the College.
Between meetings, Board Members are expected to serve on one of the Board Committees and/or Working Groups:
- Audit and Risk
- Education and Talent
- Engagement and Foundation
- Finance and Infrastructure
- Governance
From time to time, UWCSEA seeks volunteers to provide mission-aligned strategic input as Advisers to our Board.
If you would like to register your interest in participating as a Board Adviser when future opportunities arise, please complete the application process outlined on this form, and return the completed form and your CV to the attention of the Board Secretary via email stephaniebartonuwc@uwcsea.edu.sg who will follow up with you in due course.
Our commitment to Child Safeguarding
UWCSEA takes very seriously its responsibility for safeguarding our students against abuse and neglect. For details on reporting and responding to child safeguarding concerns please contact the College Safeguarding Lead.
