How does UWCSEA manage recruitment?

Recruitment is managed on an as-needs basis, meaning positions are advertised as soon as we are aware of the need. Generally, teacher recruitment for the following academic year commences in late September and vacancies are filled on a rolling basis.

All vacancies are advertised on our website and many teaching and other specialist roles appear online through a number of jobs databases for educators. All applications must be submitted via our online application portal which is linked in each job listing.
