Educational Support roles

Sports coaches are part of our educational support staff

Our educational support staff play a crucial role in the delivery of our holistic education and supporting individual student wellbeing through a wide variety of student-facing positions, including as teacher assistants, department and specialist technical assistants, secretarial and administrative roles, and as sports coaches.

In much the same way as we consider diversity factors in applications from qualified students for the fresh perspectives they will bring to their cohort, we welcome applications from candidates who are willing to contribute to our diverse community; for example, first language English is not a requirement for any role unless otherwise stated.

To achieve our goal to equip students with the qualities and skills to become compassionate, engaged global citizens who seek to make positive differences towards peace and a sustainable future, our staff are a diverse, united and caring community who also display these qualities in their daily interactions on campus

UWCSEA Infant School has at least one Teacher Assistant dedicated to each class

The UWCSEA mission aligns with my personal principles and values. It is an amazing supportive community, which values diversity and life-long learning. My experience since joining the East Campus Service team in 2012 has not only given me the opportunity to see students grow and contribute to the UWCSEA mission but also enabled me to facilitate their contribuion to the Singapore community in which they live and learn.

Over the years, I have developed meaningful relationship with my peers, students as well as with our external service partners. These relationship has enhance my life.
