Educational Support roles
As we celebrate 50 years of outstanding contribution to international education, we are looking for passionate team members who are keen to contribute to our dynamic educational programme. If you have a strong sense of adventure and an exceptional level of commitment to teaching and learning, an educational support role at UWCSEA might be the perfect next step for you.
Our educational support staff play a crucial role in the delivery of our holistic education and supporting individual student wellbeing through a wide variety of student-facing positions, including as teacher assistants, department and specialist technical assistants, secretarial and administrative roles, and as sports coaches. To achieve our goal to equip students with the qualities and skills to become compassionate, engaged global citizens who seek to make positive differences towards peace and a sustainable future, our staff are a diverse, united and caring community who also display these qualities in their daily interactions on campus.
We are an equal opportunity employer, and welcome applications from those who wish to join a community which is inclusive, and which celebrates diversity. In much the same way as we consider diversity factors in applications from qualified students for the fresh perspectives they will bring to their cohort, we welcome applications from candidates who are willing to contribute to our diverse community; for example, first language English is not a requirement for any role unless otherwise stated.
UWCSEA takes very seriously its responsibility for the safeguarding of the children and young people in its charge. All appointments to posts at the College are subject to the successful completion of the pre-employment checks, including checks with previous employers and with criminal record agencies.

Nisha Farah, Service and Sustainable Development Officer, East Campus
The UWCSEA mission aligns with my personal principles and values. It is an amazing supportive community, which values diversity and life-long learning. My experience since joining the East Campus Service team in 2012 has not only given me the opportunity to see students grow and contribute to the UWCSEA mission but also enabled me to facilitate their contribuion to the Singapore community in which they live and learn.
Over the years, I have developed meaningful relationship with my peers, students as well as with our external service partners. These relationship has enhance my life.
