Log an IT Support Request

If you have experienced problems while using specific features of, portal or mobile app, please send us an email at and include the following in your message to help us investigate:

  1. Full name, grade and tutor group, or your child's full name, grade and tutor group
  2. Date and time you were online
  3. Browser and version you used or in the case of mobile app, your mobile device and app version you used
  4. A brief description of the situation and error message received
  5. Attach a screenshot, if possible
