Highlights

Uniting for Scholarships 

• Every December, the UWCSEA community comes together for Giving Day, with tremendous success! We are able to raise over $250,000 to support the Scholarship Programme. A heartfelt thanks to all of the parents, alumni, staff and friends of the College who donate to our Giving Day!  

• Giving Day is a testament to the collaborative spirit and sense of community that is evident across our campuses raising awareness about the Scholarship Programme, and staff united in teams to express their support. 

Scholar families together for graduation 

• Every year, members of our community donate to our  annual Fund-a-Flight initiative. Your help provides the opportunity for scholar families to come together for graduation. In addition to joining the actual ceremony, scholar family members are able to visit Singapore and the College for  the first time, explore the boarding houses, meet their children’s friends and teachers, and get a first-hand look at life and learning at the College.  

• "Graduating with my father by my side meant so much. I have found a  home here at UWCSEA with my amazing friends, teachers and houseparents, however, having a family member with me to celebrate my UWCSEA journey was heartwarming and truly unforgettable! Dinner with Scholars

• Each year, usually in November, we host this event as an opportunity to bring our parent community together with our scholars to learn more about the Scholarship Programme over a globally-inspired potluck meal. Families and students alike continue to share feedback that they enjoy this intimate opportunity to get to know each other, and the awareness raised at these events leads to greater engagement and giving.

• Dinner with Scholars brings important awareness to  the incredible impact of our UWCSEA Scholarship Programme and the generosity of our community to support high need students from around the world who benefit so deeply from a UWC education. We look forward to continuing to host this event in the years to come!

Donor Celebration Event - Expressing gratitude to our generous community

• Our Donor Celebration Event was an opportunity to celebrate and thank our community for allowing us to achieve ‘more’ by providing access to a UWC education and otherwise going above and beyond to help equip our students with the skills and qualities to create a better world. 

• As part of the Donor Celebration Event, a group of student panellists share inspiring reflections on how giving at UWCSEA has supported their learning and growth. Each of these dynamic changemakers share how grateful they are for the opportunity to learn from and with students from all over the world, each with unique perspectives and lived experiences yet united in their desire to collaborate for good.

• Thank you once again to our parents, alumni, staff, volunteers and friends of the College for your commitment to UWCSEA, and for your continued support for the philanthropic priorities that contribute to our mission and advance the capabilities of our students to be the change they want to see in the world.
