Vikki Wright

Denise WAN

Vikki joined UWCSEA in 2017 as the Infant instructional coach, and in August 2020 was appointed Primary School Vice Principal (Infants). She holds a BA (Hons) and MA in Education, with a specialism in Early Childhood. Vikki worked in a range of UK schools as a teacher and a leader, before her educational journey took her overseas in 2011, first to Beijing, China before landing in Singapore.

She is a passionate Early Childhood educator who loves working with the youngest students in school, finding the most appropriate ways to channel and enhance the energy, enthusiasm and natural curiosity of this age group to grow their competency as learners. She seeks to inspire others to provide high quality early childhood education, based on her belief that early educational experience is the foundation for all future learning and growth.

Vikki is joined in Singapore by her husband Chris, and their two children, Freddie and Annie. In their spare time they all like to exercise, play and have fun. In the rare quiet moment Vikki may be found reading.
