Leon Toh ‘06AD

Denise WAN

Leon Toh is the Executive Director of Damson Capital, an impact investment holdings company in Singapore. Damson invests in early-stage entrepreneurs building companies that solve the world’s most challenging problems in Asia through innovative solutions and business models, contributing to UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Leon is also the cofounder of a Jewellery company, Eden + Elie in Singapore, which trains autistic adults who were unable to secure previous employment, to be highly skilled artisans. Eden + Elie’s handcrafted jewellery have been featured in the global press such as the New York Times Style Magazine. 

Previously, Leon was a management consultant with Accenture, the Vice President of Business Development of a Singapore FinTech company, a petrochemical price reporter with the Independent Chemical Information Service (ICIS) and a Research Assistant conducting econometrics research in East Timor with Monash University to study Seasonal Famine with Coffee Farming households.

A graduate of UWC Adriatic, Class of 2006, Leon holds both a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University in Australia. He has been an active volunteer across the UWC movement since 2006.
