Pippa Haley is currently Vice Principal Curriculum for the High School and has held leadership roles in the United Kingdom, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore. Prior to joining the College in 2006 she was Head of Secondary at the The British School of Al Khubirat in Abu Dhabi (UAE).
Pippa is first and foremost a teacher of Biology. Having obtained a Degree in Applied Biology from the University of Hull, she qualified as a teacher from the London Institute of Education (IoE), where she later attained the National Professional Qualification for Headship in 2005.
Having started her teaching career in West London at The Heathland School as Teacher of Biology, she has experience as a Head of Biology, Head of Science Department and Head of Grade within a large Multicultural comprehensive. Pippa subsequently began her International teaching career as Deputy Head of Garden International School in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and has been teaching internationally ever since.
As a keen Diver and Biologist, Pippa is delighted to be situated near the clear, warm waters of Southeast Asia where she can share her passion for diving with her students.
