Lucie has 18 years' experience in setting and implementing communications strategy across corporate, agency, and media publishing. Lucie has a keen interest in how the way we write, connect and tell stories has evolved over time with new technologies and changes in human behaviour; most recently the application of NLP and AI to further personalise messaging and to better connect people and communities with information and stories that truly resonate.
Before joining UWCSEA Lucie worked for Qantas Airways managing digital communications and marketing across 11 countries in the region, all at very different stages of maturity and with very different communication requirements.
In her time at both Qantas and at Vodafone Australia she was responsible for mapping and managing the communications touchpoints across the customer journey, to build loyalty, engagement and connections within the customer community.
Lucie has two children at UWCSEA and is thrilled to be starting her role at the College in its 50th anniversary year and to be joining such a passionate team with a shared mission and values.
Lucie has a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology majoring in both Communications and Human Resources Management. In her spare time she indulges in photography, horse riding and spending time with her husband and two wonderful children.
