Teaching vacancies

We look forward to hearing from educators interested in being part of the vibrant learning community that is UWCSEA. Both our campuses are overseen by the Head of College and the same Board of Governors. Each campus has its own academic and administrative staff to support the delivery of UWCSEA's world-class education.

The Dover Campus currently employs around 290 teaching staff and the East Campus around 250 teaching staff. The majority of teachers are from the UK, Australia, New Zealand and North America, although over 20 nationalities are represented. We celebrate the diversity of our community and we seek to develop this aspect of the College through our teacher recruitment strategies. There is an anticipated teaching staff turnover of approximately 10% annually.

UWCSEA takes very seriously its responsibility for the safeguarding of the children and young people in its charge. All appointments to posts at the College are subject to the successful completion of pre-employment checks, including checks with previous employers and with criminal record agencies.
