We have student volunteers, the IDEAS Hub Gurus who can help guide student projects and our fantastic IDEAS Hub staff, who are happy to help bring projects to life!

Teachers

Bring your class to the IDEAS Hub! Allow students to conceptualise creative projects or to extrapolate upon curricular lessons and find out how we can support student learning. Send an email here to book a slot.

Students

Lunchtimes: We are open to all students (except K1-G1) during their lunchtime for informal hands-on work. Grade 7 and Grade 8 student volunteers are available to supervise and guide younger students in the creation process.

After school: Students can drop by after school for informal hands-on work until 5.30pm. Primary students must be supervised by an adult. The IDEAS Hub team is ready to support and guide student makers.

Parents and community members

You are invited to drop by during our opening hours to work on personal projects or develop new skills. 

Send us an email to let us know you want time you want to come by and review our Rules and sign our Safety Waiver before your visit.

If possible, please avoid lunchtime (Tuesday-Friday, 11.30am-12.45pm). If there is a class in session when you arrive, we will attempt to help you as much as possible, but our first priority is the students.
