Qualifications and/or required certifications are outlined in each job description and are based on the needs of the position. We generally look for candidates with two or more years of experience in the role. 

We expect all our staff to have a commitment to lifelong learning and everyone is provided with extensive professional development to ensure they are developing as professionals and supported when new initiatives are introduced. Professional learning takes places via a structured annual individual Professional Learning Programme, as well as a College-wide focus on implementation of best practice.
