Tennis Programme

How to get involved

There are many opportunities throughout the academic year for students to play tennis and also gain exposure to match play. The Tennis programme at East Campus is operated by Savitar Pte Ltd, and the programme at Dover Campus is run by staff in-house.

UWCSEA students:

As part of the after school activities programme, students may sign up for group lessons or to play as a member of the Phoenix Squad (Dover only).

Students may also try out for the representative school team (starting in Junior School). See the documents below for complete information.

Open to the public:

On Saturdays,  group lessons are offered at Dover Campus for children aged 4-16. Sign up is through the Dover Campus Tennis website.

Tennis holiday camps are offered at UWCSEA Dover; visit the UWCSEA weekend and holiday programmes page for details.

Adults:

UWCSEA Dover will offer tennis lessons for adults, either privately or in groups. Visit the Dover Campus Tennis website for more information.

Facilities

School teams

East Campus uses the Tanah Merah Country Club (Garden Course 25 Changi Coast Road, S 499803) for team training. A bus and chaperone will take students to the location for both the 3.30 (bus leaves at 3.15) and 5pm (bus leaves at 4.30pm) sessions. Parents please collect students from Tanah Merah CC at the end of the session. If required a bus will return to school at the end of each session.

Paid programmes

Paid programmes are held at the Savitar Tennis Centre (Fairmont Hotel, Level 8, 80 Bras Basah Road, S 189560), unless otherwise indicated.
