How to get involved


Check the notice boards, your college email address, daily notices, eBrief and sports website for details of try-outs.

Try-outs are held at the beginning of each season in August, November and February, and some sports have pre-season training scheduled in the season prior to this competition.

If you are starting school in the middle of a term please go to the Sports Office (in the Senior Sports Hall on Dover Campus) and ask for further information.

Regular schedule

The training schedule is as follows for representative sports teams:

High School teams
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Senior A teams pre-season training
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4.30pm – 6pm

Junior and Middle School teams
Tuesdays and Thursdays
