This facility provides a venue for the very active Dover Phoenix Gymnastics teams, the Gym School programme from K1 to Grade 12, as well as the gymnastics and Parkour skills components of the Physical Education programme.
The gymnastics programme is staffed by our fully qualified full-time coaching team with experience from recreation to Olympic level.
However at the core of these activities is the gymnastics programme, which caters for students of all skill levels. Our PE programme provides students with an opportunity to develop body movement and gymnastics skills. However, for those with an interest in further development, taking over where the PE lessons finish, our coaches provide Gym School lessons for students of all ages; they provide gymnastics development for upcoming gymnasts, and coaching for the elite gymnasts who represent UWCSEA at the highest levels of the sport in school and club based competitions. An overview of the programme is provided below.
