Optimism is a powerful tool. We know that optimists achieve more, live longer and are healthier. Believe it or not, it is possible for everyone to increase their optimism, regardless of their natural disposition. This workshop unlocked the power of optimism in bouncing back from setbacks more quickly.

Sarah is a forward-thinking consultant, trainer and coach with a keen understanding of emotional intelligence. Her work builds seamlessly on her background as a primary teacher and as head of a comprehensive personal, social and health education curriculum at Tanglin Trust Junior School in Singapore.
Sarah is an experienced and accomplished moderator of training courses and workshops for parents and educators. She’s a passionate advocate of ‘learning for life’, believing everyone should be constantly seeking to refresh and update their skillset, both to increase their confidence and to improve their professional and interpersonal skills. Her goal always is to make learning meaningful and impactful. Thanks to the skills gained from her doctorate in education, Sarah constantly draws upon current and relevant research to inform best practice in her training
Target audience: Junior School parents. However the same concepts can be applied to Middle School parents as well. This workshop was open to anyone to attend from any schools.
