Instrumental Teaching Programme

Medical Forms

Permission to give medication – for students who need to take medication during the school day, or on outdoor education trips

Medical Questionnaire  - your child's medical history including vaccinations, allergies and other relevant information saved in the College Information Management System (CIMS) 

Security ID pass

All parents and guardians who visit campus are required to wear a College ID while at school. To obtain your ID card, please ensure that you’ve uploaded a photo of yourself on CIMs (login required). You may use this step-by-step guide to help you. The ID will be sent home to you via your child.

Helpers or Guardians – Guardians can request a College ID using the Dover Campus Guardian ID Application form.

Student Laptop Requirements and Ready Learner One @ UWCSEA 

Applicable to Grades 6–12 only

All UWCSEA students in Grades 6–12 must have an up-to-date Apple MacBook laptop to support their learning and complete our laptop orientation process for students and families.
