Boarding at UWCSEA

At UWCSEA, we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and culturally enriching environment for international students. We offer full residential boarding across our Dover and East campuses for students joining Grade 9 and above.
As a leading international school in Singapore with over 50 years of boarding experience, UWCSEA is the only international school in Singapore to offer on-site boarding facilities to our diverse residential community.
We provide a welcoming, structured, and secure environment where young people thrive both academically and personally, as we prepare them for the IB Diploma Programme, university, and life beyond UWCSEA.
Through our comprehensive pastoral care programme and well-established daily routines, boarders benefit from a true ‘home away from home’ experience that celebrates cultural diversity while fostering independence, resilience, and wellbeing.
Supported by a network of on-site Houseparents, dedicated English as an Additional Language tutors, a Boarding Counsellor, Service Executives every student receives the individualised guidance they need to develop into confident, well-rounded global citizens.

The Dover Campus boarding facilities consist of two low-rise buildings that make up three houses: Kurt Hahn, Maya Angelou, and Nelson Mandela.

The East Campus boarding facility is located within a single 14-storey building known as Tampines House.
