Admissions and Application Timelines
This page explains our admissions cycle and provides a clear guideline on important dates when applying to UWCSEA. Please consult the timelines and supporting information below for a clear indication of when to submit your application, and when to expect to hear about an offer.
UWCSEA operates on an annual admissions cycle, rather than a rolling admissions or first-come, first-served basis. Our admissions cycle begins in September each year for entry in August (Term 1) of the following school year.
Additionally, we are often able to offer a limited number of places for January (Term 2). Students will join in the middle of the academic year with places dependent on current students leaving the school between August and December.
Please review the critical deadlines, offer rounds, and term start guidelines below.

- Availability: January entry is entirely dependent on current students leaving the school between August and December. Please note that subject and language options may be limited for January joiners if courses are already fully subscribed.
