
Documents We Ask For
Throughout the application process we ask for information and documentation to meet certain policy and legal requirements as set by UWCSEA and the Singapore authorities. The table below shows what information you will need to prepare for your child's UWCSEA application to ensure a seamless admission review.
Things to Note:
- The list below is not exhaustive and we may ask for additional information as your application is being considered.
- All documentation must be submitted in English. This includes copies of school reports, certificates and testimonials.
- Where original documents are not in English, please ensure that you also provide translated copies that have been notarised.
You will be asked to upload the following documents on the Family Dashboard (UWCSEA's application portal).

*We require the last two (2) full years of school reports. This includes the most recent term your child completed at the time of submitting your application. Please update your application with any additional reports should they become available.
*If your child has taken any additional English language assessments, please also include any reports or certificates with your application.
