How to Apply

This section explains how to apply to UWCSEA, including important information you will need to know, decisions you will need to make, and documents you will require as you go through the application process. 

Before You Apply

Please read the Check Your Child's Eligibility section of our site to confirm that your family meets the requirements. Your child's age and grade, your family's citizenship and residency status, and language needs are important factors that may affect your eligibility. 

Out of Grade Placements

If you believe your child might qualify for a grade either above or below the grade determined by their age, please visit Your Child's Age and Grade for more information about the application process.

The Application Process 

• Once you are ready to start the application you, can proceed to the Apply Now page. 
• On the Apply Now page you will confirm that you have read and understood the eligibility requirements.
• Once you confirm, you will be able to access the link to our Family Dashboard where you will need to create an account. The dashboard is where you will fill out the application form and submit all the documents required.  

Pre-Screening

Some applicants are asked to submit pre-screening information through the Family Dashboard before submitting their application so that our Admissions team can advise whether you meet our requirements. This can include:  

• Families whose child is, or may become, a Singapore Citizen at any point in the application or enrolment process, or after enroling at the College and who therefore may require a MOE waiver.
• Families who intend to apply via the UNP Corporate Nominee Programme. 
• Families who wish to request an out of grade placement in line with our age-grade placement guidelines.
