Withdrawal from UWCSEA

Dover Academics JS G5 Day of Sport

When your child joins the College, one of the Standard Terms and Conditions agreed by parents is that one term's notice, via submission of the online Notice of Withdrawal form, must be given prior to the leaving date. If this is not provided, the College reserves the right to retain the term fees paid in advance to cover incurred operating costs.

The withdrawal deadline is the date by which:

  1. payment must be received to secure continued enrolment into the following term; or
  2. notice of withdrawal must be submitted and acknowledged to secure a refund of fees already paid

Notice must be given by submitting the online Notice of Withdrawal form (parent login required) by the deadlines indicated for the relevant billing cycle. No other form of notice will suffice.

Once the Office of the Registrar receives the official notice of withdrawal, details are then shared with the relevant school office(s) and teachers, and leaving reports are compiled.

Students are considered withdrawn at the end of term if fees are not received by the published withdrawal deadline, which is published on our Term Dates calendar and highlighted in our parent communications channels in advance of each upcoming deadline.
