Scholarships at UWC

This page explains how the UWC Scholarship programme is organised. Both full and partial scholarships are available to all UWC schools and colleges. These are allocated to successful applicants via the 150+ UWC national committees around the world, rather than directly by the UWC school or college.

UWC National Committees

Students awarded scholarships are selected on promise and potential. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship to UWCSEA or one of the other UWCs, please contact the UWC national committee in your home country who will provide details on the process.  

National committees carry out a financial means assessment. If an application is successful, the scholarship amount will be determined based on the applicant's demonstrated need.

Scholarships for Singaporeans

When evaluating UWC scholarships in Singapore, the UWC Singapore national committee manages the entire selection and awards process for Singaporean students to attend the IB Diploma Programme at UWCs around the world. Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents are invited to apply.
