Junior School

The Junior School provides a learning environment in which all the children can be happy, contented and safe. They are motivated and able to flourish and achieve their full potential as well as feel a sense of fulfilment. The aim is to give all the children the confidence and enthusiasm to become life-long learners with an appreciation of, and respect for others.

Parents are encouraged to play an important role in the education of their children and to work in a close partnership with the teachers. Parental help both in the classroom and on trips within Singapore is fully appreciated, particularly with the youngest students.

Each class of 22 children is of mixed ability and an effort is made to achieve a balance in terms of gender and nationality. The Junior School has excellent facilities where children can learn and play in a safe and stimulating environment. The classrooms, which are large and fully resourced, have computers that are used in all areas of the curriculum. A shared area or "pod" has additional computers and work space.
