Teaching and other staff

Both UWCSEA campuses are overseen by the Head of College and the same Board of Governors. Each campus has its own academic and administrative staff to support the delivery of UWCSEA's world-class education.

The Dover Campus currently employs around 280 teaching staff and over 200 support staff. The majority of teachers are from the UK, Australia, New Zealand and North America, although over 20 nationalities are represented.

The East Campus currently employs around 190 teaching staff and 130 support staff, with plans for additional recruitment as the Campus expands further over the next few years.

Most support and administrative staff are Singaporean citizens or permanent residents, although there are a number of expatriate support staff in departments such as Admissions, Administration and College Advancement.
